Storm Sanders and Katerina Siniakova are the Doubles Champions

In doubles, Storm Sanders and Katerina Siniakova, who had been the favored pair, won. In the midday heat the doubles team defeated Alize Cornet and Jil Teichmann with 6:4 and 6:3. Admittedly, Cornet/ Teichmann didn’t drop a single set on their way to the final. Nevertheless, Sanders/Siniakova were too strong. Sanders was the best doubles player in the field throughout the whole week.
